This does not happen when the work-capacity and vitality levels are increased with adaptogens, as the body is boosted into reducing the recovery period – therefore people do not experience that exhausted feeling after increased activity.

With stimulants, the brain catecholamines are depleted, which leads to a decrease in conditioned responses, which does not happen when using adaptogens to boost your physical or mental agility.
