We do not make claims on the effectiveness of vitamins and other nutritional supplements, but all information used on the site is the current information available on each nutrient, and all information must be seen as information only, to be discussed with your licensed medical practitioner.

We DO however back our VUKA 2000 sexual stimulant with a money-back guarantee if it proves to be ineffective after 30 days of continuous use, and it should be returned to our offices by prepaid mail, to have the product price refunded to your credit card.

We will re-fund you the cost of the product/s, to your credit card, after receipt of the returned product/s, minus the shipping cost.

Any un-opened products that you wish to return for credit must be sent by pre-paid mail to our offices, and an e-mail must be sent to us within 7 days of receipt of your product, stating that you wish to return it, in which you have to quote your allocated order number. (You will have received an e-mail with your reference number, after you placed your order.)

After we have received your e-mail, we will send you a "return code" which you have to enclose with your return parcel. Any parcel received without a return code may not be processed and may also be subject to a 20% fee.
